MontourLink is an AI consulting business based in Pennsylvania, United States, providing technology and automation consulting services primarily to trades, field service, staffing, and maintenance businesses, and other small and mid-sized businesses.

Use of the Site does not create any client, advisory, or professional relationship between you and MontourLink.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

3. Informational purposes only

The content on the Site, including blog posts, guides, examples, and anything discussed during a free intro call booked through the Site, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

It does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice, or any other licensed or regulated professional services. Any decision you make based on information from the Site is made at your own risk.

4. Free intro calls and no client relationship

The Site may allow you to book a free 30-minute intro call.

  • An intro call is exploratory and informational only.
  • An intro call does not create a client relationship, engagement, or obligation for either party.
  • A client relationship starts only when we both sign a written agreement, such as the order form for our paid 30-day mismatch check. That signed agreement, not these Terms, sets the price, refunds, and other terms of any paid work.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or service providers.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site is owned by or licensed to MontourLink and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission.
